APPOINTS MICHAEL J. SICILIAN
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT HOME HEALTH AND ALTERNATE SITE

Park, NJ (January 10, 2005) Managed Health Care Associates (MHA) the
leading Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) in the Long Term Care, and
Alternate Site market place has announced the hiring of Michael J.
Sicilian as the new Executive Vice President of Home Health and
Alternate Site. Sicilian will spearhead MHA’s strategic growth plans in
the Home Health and Alternate Site marketplaces
Prior to
joining the MHA team, Sicilian was Executive Vice President of Sales for
Scrip Solutions, a subsidiary of MIM Corporation. There he was
responsible for their national sales force, and development and
execution of strategic sales planning for all three business units.
During his tenure, he increased biological specialty injectable/infusion
revenue from $169MM to $193MM and mail order revenue from $96MM to
$124MM. Prior to that, Sicilian was President of BioScrip Specialty
Pharmacy, another subsidiary of MIM Corporation.
