MHA Announces New Headquarters
April 19, 2006 (Florham Park, NJ): Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) the nation’s leading Alternate Site Group Purchasing Organization, announced today that they will be relocating their headquarters effective May 1, 2006. The move is a result of the significant growth experienced by MHA and its emergence as manager of the leading Long Term Care Pharmacy Network serving Medicare Part D patients. The new space will also enable the company to continue to expand the broad range of services it offers to its customers and business partners.
Steve Andrew, MHA’s Chief Operating Officer and CFO stated, “This move is just one more indication of the rapid growth we have been experiencing.
