Operations

Responsibilities Include: Responsible for processing, tracking, reporting and reconciliation of manufacturer rebates.  Must perform detailed analysis and validation of rebate data.  Will maintain rebate programs to ensure proper implementation and accurate dispersal of rebates.  Will interact with and build strong relationship with contracted manufacturers and assist sales team in evaluating members’ quarterly rebates.

Required Skills: Must have excellent MS excel and Access experience. Knowledge of SQL and Access preferred. Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to learn new programs and applications. Must be highly organized and detailed oriented and possess excellent communication skills.  

·         Personal Account Representative
Long Term Care

Responsibilities Include: You will be an important member of the outside Sales Team, supporting the region and customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining specific customers in account maintenance, proactive marketing and contract communication. You will also be involved in working on Medicare Part D reimbursement issues and communicating these updates to the customers. 

Required Skills: Must have proven customer service skills, as well as strong oral and written communications skills.  Must be detail orientated and organized and have the ability to multi task.  Will work independently as well as part of a team environment.   Strong analytical skills and ability to work on computer database systems is required. MS Word, Excel and Outlook are a must.

Alternate Site Division

Responsibilities Include: Coordinate inside sales and marketing efforts; Work with Account Managers to help maintain and grow existing and new member relationships through membership calls and other marketing initiatives; Assist Account Managers in monitoring each account’s contract usage to ensure that they are maximizing the full profit potential of MHA contracts; maintain Midas and various other programs.

Required Skills: Must have proven customer service skills, as well as strong oral and written communications skills.  Must be detail orientated and organized and have the ability to multi task.  Will work independently as well as part of a team environment.   Strong analytical skills and ability to work on computer database systems is required. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate inside sales and marketing efforts that support negotiated programs with pharmaceutical companies.  Act as liaison between the manufacturer, wholesaler, and member to resolve charge back discrepancies and ensure credits are processed in a timely manner. Monitor account’s compliance with reports to assure full profit potential of MHA contracts.  Provide advanced notification of new products and price changes to enable members to make timely decisions.  Identify new opportunities and troubleshoot in an effort to maximize MHA savings potential to our members as well as increase company revenue.

Required Skills: Proven customer service skills as well as analytical skills are required.  Must be organized and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.  Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is essential.  Must be proficient in word, excel, outlook and power point.

·         National Account Manager (Midwest Region)
Home Health/Home Infusion

Responsibilities Include: Supervise and coordinate outside sales and marketing efforts that support individual programs that are negotiated with various pharmaceutical companies.  Act as a liaison between the manufacturer, wholesaler, and member to resolve charge back discrepancies and assure credits are processed in a timely manner.  Monitor each account’s compliance to assure that they are maximizing the full profit potential of the MHA contracts.  Provide advance notification of new products and price changes that enable members to make timely decisions.

Required Skills: Bachelors Degree plus 2 or more years in customer service or proven outside sales required.  GPO, pharmaceutical, and/or wholesaler sales experience preferred. Strong organizational skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills required. Demonstrated ability to work with integrated computer database systems, and applied analytical skills are necessary. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint skills are essential. Must be able to travel extensively throughout the Midwest region.

·         Contract Analyst
Contract Management

Responsibilities Include: Primary responsibility will be to produce a variety of data analysis reports for members, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and internal needs.  Position requires a broad knowledge of the GPO, member, and pharmaceutical manufacturer’s market dynamics.  Position will provide additional support for identified COTs. Will coordinate processing of data for bids, and will run cost and price analysis reports within tight time constraints.  Must be able to interact with all departments and all levels of management.

Required Skills: Bachelors degree plus an understanding of a GPO, Member, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturer market preferred.  Must have advanced technical skills i.e.: Excel, Power Point, and Word. Knowledge of Access as well as Sequel and Sales Track is a plus.

·         Regional Account Representative (Midwest)
Long Term Care Sales

Responsibilities Include: The RAR Position is an entry level job focusing on sales and customer service of MHA’s largest business unit. Primary responsibility will be to plan and carry out direct sales and customer service activities. Maintain and develop sales of pharmaceuticals, med/surgical supplies or capital equipment within long term care pharmacy provider accounts or others, in accordance with agreed business plans. The RAR works in conjunction with a National Account Manager and a Personal Account Representative toward targeted, specific goals for overall Region.

Required Skills: Bachelors degree plus strong analytical and organizational skills required.  Must be able to travel 75% with the region.  Ability to work with integrated computer database systems and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential. Customer service preferably in the medical/pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Knowledge of Medicare Part D is a plus.

·         Clinical Pharmacist
Contract Management

Responsibilities Include: Full time clinical pharmacist is needed to provide clinical and educational services to our members and outside sales team. You will have the opportunity to develop disease state management protocols, member product pieces, and assist in drug information and educational requests.  Additionally, you will manage the ACPE pharmacy continuing accreditation process for MHA.

Required Skills: The ideal candidate must have a PharmD as well as exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and clinical skills.  Prior experience in home infusion, long term care, or specialty pharmacy is preferred. Upcoming and recent graduates will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.

·         Web Developer/Programmer Analyst
IT

Responsibilities Include: Analyze, design, development and testing of highly scalable web based applications. Develop test plans and coordinate testing and implementation of software systems. Support, maintenance and ongoing enhancements to projects. Writing technical and end-user documentation for web applications. Team coordinated project development Reports on the progress of tasks and projects.

Required Skills: Must have broad understanding of IT architecture. Four-year college diploma in computer systems design, computer science, or engineering.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of two years direct work experience with the .NET Platform and SQL Server. Proficient knowledge with SQL Tables, Queries, Views, SPROCs and Triggers. Experience with data manipulation and integration technologies using SQL, TSQL, Stored Procedures, SQL Query Analyzer. Knowledge of Software Modeling Tools preferred.

Responsibilities Include: The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer’s role is to strategically design and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users. The Business Intelligence Developer is also responsible for ensuring high levels of BI availability through support functions and in-depth testing.

Required Skills: Four-year college degree in computer systems design, computer science, or engineering and/or seven years equivalent work experience. Minimum of five years direct work experience with the Cognos Platform. Possess expertise in all aspects of the COGNOS 8 BI product suite. Specifics include; Cognos Connection, Configuration, Transformer, Framework Manager, Analysis Studio, Query Studio, Event Studio and Report Studio. Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.
