Douglas A Present, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board
Douglas Present comes to MHA with extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, GPO operations and medical supply distribution. Before joining MHA, Present was senior vice president of Medsite, Inc., a pharmaceutical services and e-marketing company, where he ran the Medsite Rewards ™ program, the nation’s leading physician incentive-fulfillment program for the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining Medsite, Present founded a physician-focused, managed care consulting firm as well as a group purchasing organization for private practice physicians. Both companies were subsequently acquired by ProMedCo, a physician management company. After the acquisition, Present served as president and COO of ProMedCo’s New York subsidiary.
Present graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 with an MBA in Finance and spent three years in the New York health care consulting practice of Deloitte & Touche

Raymond E. Schwartz, R.Ph. Advisor to the CEO
Raymond E. Schwartz, R.Ph., is the President of Managed Health Care Associates. He earned a B.A., B.S. in pharmacy from Rutgers University and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Schwartz was the Director of Pharmacy in an acute care hospital for fifteen years. During that time he was actively involved in the formation of the New Jersey Hospital Association Pharmacy group purchasing program which he headed for five years before joining MHA nine years ago. In addition to pharmaceuticals, Mr. Schwartz has experience developing contracts for communications, fuel oil and various Med/Surg products.

Stephen J. Andrew Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Andrew has over 24 years experience in management, with a
particular focus on finance, computer operations and accounting. Steve
began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers),
one of the leading accounting firms in the country. He has acted as a
consultant to emerging businesses, and his industry experience includes
bio-tech, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, government contracting
and specialty retail. Steve has a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of
Science in Taxation from Bentley College in Waltham, MA, and earned an
MBA with a concentration in finance from Babson College in Wellesley,
MA. Steve manages the finance, information technology and contracting
functions within MHA.

Teresa DiCaro, R.Ph. Executive Vice President Long Term Care
Teresa DiCaro is Executive Vice President of MHA, which she joined in 1992. Ms. DiCaro has experience as a staff pharmacist for a long-term care provider, and in 1990 became director of pharmacy for a $12 million home infusion company. Until recently, Ms. DiCaro was Vice President of National Account Managers at MHA and was responsible for supporting long-term care providers and also for overseeing the MHA Clinical Education Department programs. Ms. DiCaro is a 1985 graduate of St. John’s University with a B.S. in pharmacy.

Michael J. Sicilian President
Michael J. Sicilian has over 10 years of executive management
experience in the Home Health marketplace. Prior to joining MHA Mr.
Sicilian was with MIM Corporation where he joined in July of 2001 as
President of the BioScrip infusion division of ScripSolutions, Inc. He
served in that capacity until January 2002 at which time he was
appointed President of BioScrip Specialty Pharmacy inclusive of the
infusion and specialty biotech drug divisions. In January 2003 Mr.
Sicilian was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales for Scrip
Solutions, LLC where he was responsible for their national sales force,
account management, and development and execution of strategic sales
planning for the PBM, Mail Order and specialty pharmacy business units.
Mr. Sicilian graduated LeMoyne College in 1983 with a Bachelors in
Industrial Relations.

Michael Connolly Vice President of Business Development
Michael Connolly comes to MHA with more than 20 years of mergers and
acquisition experience. Prior to joining MHA, Michael was Vice
President of Corporate Development at Alliant Resources Group, Inc., a
$250MM corporate insurance brokerage firm, where he was in charge of
their company acquisition program. Prior to that, he was the Senior
Vice President of Corporate Development for HealthSTAR Communications,
Inc.
Michael holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering from The University of
Michigan and an M.B.A from The Amos Tuck School of Business
Administration at Dartmouth College.

Walter Gramley Vice President of Operations
Walter Gramley brings more than 15 years executive experience in
healthcare management, operations and consulting to MHA. Prior to
joining MHA, Walter served as principal for WCG Partners, a boutique
consulting firm providing advisory, business expansion, and market
analysis services to health care services companies. Walter was
previously a Vice President at Managed Edge/EURO RSCG where he provided
strategic, analytical and tactical marketing services to the world’s
leading pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Walter holds a B.A. from Davidson College and an M.B.A. from the
University of North Carolina’s Graduate School of Business.

Peter J. Hudson Vice President, Government Programs, Retail & Wholesaler Relations
Peter Hudson comes to MHA with 25 years of pharmaceutical distribution with Neuman Health Service, Inc. His responsibilities included acute care, alternate care, and retail sales as Sr. Vice President of Sales. He was also involved in creating and maintaining relationships with the manufacturer community with close association to the NWDA. Peter was also responsible for negotiations with all the major Group Purchasing Organizations while at Neuman Distributors. He received a BS in Biology from Wagner College, Staten Island, NY.

Diane Koontz Vice President, Alternate Site Programs
Diane Koontz brings over 7 years of experience working with Acute Care and Alternate Site facilities. She has held multiple positions within MHA, which includes account management, outside sales, contract negotiations and managing various programs. Currently Mrs. Koontz, oversees the alternate site division which consists of the capital equipment, laboratory, medical surgical, and nutrition programs. This encompasses the development of competitive contract portfolios, maintaining strong relations with supply partners, and direct sales and marketing to the acute care and alternate site membership base. She earned a BBA in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University.

John Markes Vice
President of Finance
John Markes brings the combined experience of over 13 yrs in healthcare
and 11 yrs of banking to MHA. Prior to joining MHA, John was CFO and
co-founder of JR2 Inc. an IPA management firm where he
provided actuarial and financial oversight of risk contracts. Other
healthcare employment has included finance and operations positions in a
physician management company and an HMO. John was also a commercial
lending officer with Key Bank.
John holds a B.S.
from the State University of New York at Albany.

Edmond O'Reilly Vice
President, LTC Network
Edmond O’Reilly has extensive experience in the health care
industry, including a background in pharmacy benefit management,
specialty pharmacy and managed care. Prior to joining MHA, Mr. O’Reilly
was with BioScrip, a leading provider of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, Retail
and Mail Order services. In addition, he has had significant success in
major account management with the focus on ensuring service delivery,
client satisfaction and revenue expansion.
Edmond earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Manhattan
College.
